Deviance

Deviance is considered as breaking the social norms. Considering that being said, you can pretty much say everyone in society is deviant. Down to kids and adults. If you take a deeper look into the things your not suppose to do according to society, you would realize your deviant. As for myself, I cab admit I'm sometimes deviant. For example, your suppose to drive with a license, however, I drive alone with a permit.

  1. lol good example of being a deviant...your right we all have acked with deviance sometime in our life may it be to our parents or on a larger societial stance...do you think our socialization process has to do with the measures of deviance in some people vs others ??

  2. I believe that we all act out in some sort of deviant behavior, to satisfy our daily lives for the moment. Social norms/rules are meant to be broken, if nevern broken what would be the purpose in my opinion. In our society most of us witness and play a part in deviance, a perfect example would be cigarettes and alcohol being sold to underage consumers.
